Mosaic Orange County

I produced a weekly event gathering with a volunteer team of 60 unique individuals. I along with a small leadership team created an environment where our team members thrived. Through mentorship, development plans, and continuous learning opportunities, we molded this diverse team into a cohesive powerhouse, unified by a shared vision and a deep sense of purpose.

The impact extended to the wider community of 300+ individuals who attended our gatherings, hungry for growth and change. With a laser-focused approach, we equipped community members with the tools, skills, and mindset needed to become effective leaders, instilling within them the confidence to lead with integrity, empathy, and a deep sense of service.

My goal was to create a culture of leadership and innovation; whether through spearheading community projects, or inspiring the next generation, the community we impacted became catalysts for creating a positive impact for Orange County.
